昨天8/7/25 我妈妈去店里买东西，消费11.24 美元，过30 分钟到别家消费的时候，EBT卡的548.15 美元就只有6.87 美元。这个让我非常奇怪 请大家帮忙找一下原因，我妈妈非常伤心 一直哭，希望有爱心的朋友帮帮忙。

Two weeks ago my mother went to the store to buy a bag of brown sugar. Today she opened the package and immediately caught a whiff of alcohol from the sugar so she immediately returned to the store with the receipt and told the people there. One of them denied smelling anything abnormal and the other accused my mom of putting the brown sugar next to alcohol which my mom did not.(Why would she do that? She doesn't want to get poisoned) All my mom wanted was an apology and an exchange of items but she was shooed out of the store. This was not the first time she had problems at this store. There were multiple times when she realized that the price she was charged was different from the label on the shelf (they say they charge according to the price in the computer) and sometimes they would charge the same items twice.
