This place is horrible. The work ethic is horrible. The front desk is so inexperienced like they took them off the streets of a homeless shelter. They got to do better hiring front desk people. Waiting for two hours with no one waiting in the lobby. Never come to this place. There are so many better dentist options in flushing!!

very terrible experience, No medical ethics ！The front desk and manager are very rude, only care money , try to cheat patient to sign in their consent of self-pay treatment without any explanation. as medical staff do you know how to clarify the informed consent? you should explain the risks, benefits and alternatives of any medical care and treatment when patient's consciousness is clear and make sure patient understand the meaning. What did you do , you said nothing , just gave the paper and asked me to sign in when i was still under anesthesia. The front desk tried to push patient to do their recommended self-pay treatment and pay the deposit every time when I visited. After I refuse to sign in the consent. They are so mean ，they retaliated against me ! They refused to give me any pain medication and canceled my next appointment, The front desk said I don't need pain medication, you are not me, how do you know how much pain i felt. You didn't do any pain evaluation ! Actually , i don't need you cancel my appointment , I will never come back any more! As a medical student, this is the first time I've seen such unprofessional front desk and office manager, They should know how to respect patients as a medical staff , not yell at your patient, and how to explain recommended treatment to his patients , not attempt to confuse or cheat your patient do any self-pay treatment with ambiguous language ! You are medical staff, you have to follow the medical procedure, medical ethics and law.

This is the worst dental place you can ever go to. People in the front desk have horrible ethics and attitude. The doctor who operated on my teeth wash was seen by me touching his foot a couple minutes ago. I’m not lying I’m being for real. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. You are better off at other dental places in flushing.
