I had my teeth deeply cleaned by Dentist Shu, he’s very patient and experienced. Also had one loose tooth removed by him, now waiting for implants. He explained the whole procedure carefully with me. Definitely recommend him and his associates to everyone!

I feel that they did a good job. Everything was explained to me, and told me how i can improve my teeth. The staff was rude, but I'm willing to look past it due to some of the staff being friendly and adjusting the equipment to my liking .

Last year, I had my teeth implanted at Shu Xiaoquan Clinic. He didn’t explain much. One of the teeth was so painful to pull out. He explained that it was because my gums were rotten. I thought that if I had the right amount of anesthetic, this problem wouldn’t exist! When the teeth were installed, I looked at them and they were really ugly. They were not what I imagined at all. They looked more like removable dentures. It was a really bad experience! Before leaving, he asked his assistant to take an X-ray of the whole mouth. I don’t know what it was for. I can only explain that he could make more money from the fees.

Don't go. They make you wait like hell even if you have an confirmed appointment. And the counter person are very rude and ignored you. I hope the owner of the clinic can read this post. Your staff are ruining your business. Today is my first and last day to your clinic. I felt very sad and disappointed waited for a very long time and unable to have my teeth clean. I would never recommend anyone I know to go there.

DO NOT GO! They take advantage of elderly patients, they do not communicate their care plan. For example, when I went in for the second appointment, without prior communication, it was when I sat in teh chair that was when they said they're removing my tooth that day and they didn't even give me a prescription for painkillers. RUN, do not use their services!
