Sigma Dermatology: Julie Zang, MD PhD FAAD

I’ve been coming to this dermatology practice for a few years now for acne and keloid treatment, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the front desk staff to the clinical team in the back, everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, and supportive. The doctors and PAs are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain treatment options clearly. I’ve felt genuinely cared for every step of the way, and the results have been great. So grateful to have found a team I trust.

Appointment starts right on time (which is amazing), and Dr. Zang is very attentive and easy to talk to about any skin-related issues. She quickly identified the issue behind the rash underneath my chin and ears (dermatitis), and prescribed medication & shampoo as treatment. She also offered detailed office recommendations for moisturizers to purchase for my dry skin, and she reassured me about some of the moles that I was worrying about. The office & patient room itself is spotlessly clean, and I felt very comfortable through the whole experience. Very highly recommend if you're looking for a dermatologist in the Flushing area.

The medical staff including the PA (Jennifer Sam)who saw me were very professional and accommodating - had a last minute emergency visit which they accommodated me with. They quickly determine the root cause of my skin ailment and prescribed the meds to help me get it resolve. Wait time was minimal as well and the visit was all in all very pleasant experience.

My 7yo daughter had an infection on her face. We went to a Derm and ended up in the ER. The antibiotics they prescribed didn’t work. We went to Dr. Zang. She changed the meds and overnight we saw a huge improvement. She saw us everyday, then every other day. Knowing how urgent this was, her office found a way to fit us in. I’m so so thankful for Dr. Zang and will not go anywhere else for our skin needs. Her office is clean, everyone is super friendly, and there’s great parking in the building. We could not be happier!!

Excellent service, very affordable prices for most cosmetic related skin conditions. Super happy with the procedure done, which was for the first time ever, almost painless. Dr. Zang is always on time, clean office and very polite, honest and reliable staff.
