Posting on behalf of my mom who went to Dr. Simon's Li's office. She's been to many doctors before, but she's specifically called out Dr. Li for his exemplary service. She's very satisfied with his approach, bedside manner and hospitality. My mom had an eye infection for several days. Dr. Li prescribed medication for her and her infection went away quickly. He also explained insurances benefits to her clearly and followed-up with her. My mom is extremley satisfied with Dr. Li's holistic service.

Pathetic front desk and doctor, always try to charge a deposit when it supposed to be covered, doctor doesn’t know anything either, uses Google in front of you and says it is too complicated for him
