Simple Mac & Phone Repair

Spilled about a cup of water on my mac at 5am so after some research, I decided on Simple Mac (which I was also referred to by a well reputed repair shop in the city). Anyways, Mindy at the desk was kind and Tony was super upfront with the damage and didn’t push or suggest anything unnecessary, so it was less expensive than I thought (it helps if you bring it to them asap after however you damage it). Got it back quickly as well. Not paid or given any discounts; just tryna shout out some honest folks. I even came from up north because I preferred people with more experience.

I thought there was something wrong with my computer hardware, brought it in - turned out there was nothing wrong. They helped me trouble-shoot, explained the issues and how to manage them, what to look out for, etc., and I left without spending any money. Proves how trustworthy and smart this shop is. Highly recommended for their honesty, intelligence, and helpful spirit.

I worked with Tony at SimpleMac for my MacBook Pro 2024 water damage incident. He offered clear directions on the fix, how much it would cost. Delivered in one day turnaround 💯 They also only work on Apple devices so their expertise was appreciated, especially when it came to hardware.

I came here for a battery replacement for my Macbook Air. I went to the Apple Store in Soho first, and they said it would take 5-7 days to replace my laptop battery even though they had it in stock. I called Simple Mac and they said they had the battery in stock and that it would only take 1 hour! It only took around 1 hour, they were fast, professional, and nice! I’ll come back here every time I need work done, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks!
