Dr. Sing Chan is the best Gastroenterologist I have ever had! I have been seeing him for over a decade. He is a professional, experienced doctor who specialized in internal medicine. His office has the state of the art technology that allows him to perform procedures. He is kind, compassionate, reassuring, approachable, and a good listener. Dr. Chan breaks down medical terminology making it easy to understand. Also, his staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and his office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Chan has been my GI doctor for some years now. He is an outstanding doctor, so knowledgeable in his field, and caring. He explains everything in great detail to you and listens to every question a patient might have. I recommend Dr. Sing Chan highly, look no further for the perfect GI doctor. I know Dr Chan is a Christian and a good doctor. I also know he’s super busy with tons of patients. However, I called twice in a roll to schedule an overdue colon checkup, and both times the receptionists put me on hold and never bother to respond-both times about five to ten minutes later I handed up. This is similar customer service like DMV in the 80’s. At least invest in a better phone system to call back the customer when you’re super busy. These two ladies simply hint to potential patients: we don’t really want you as a customer. Go somewhere else. Sadly, I’ll look for another doctor. Updated 6/20. Change from 1 Star to 4 Stars That evening Dr Chan’s office did call me back and scheduled an appointment with me. She also apologized for leaving me hanging since they were very busy at the time.
