Before going to SINY Dermatology, i had gone to 3 previous Dermatologists to handle my Plaque Psoriasis. Not 1 of those were able to help me. Granted i had RCC. However, everything given to me did not help and very expensive. I kept getting worser as the days turned to years went by. I received a referral for SINY and decided to take a chance. I just went on my 3rd appointment, and i am so excited that the injections i am getting have helped me thus far. Mind you i had PP all over my body and in some parts worse than others. The doctors care, his optimistic attitude and his staff eager to help (very friendly) as soon as i sat down i was overwhelmed and felt at ease. The office is very clean, easily accesible (perfectly located). Every one is attentive to my needs from the moment i come in to the moment i leave. I found my safe haven. Thank you Dr. Ramachandran.

Dr. Matt Eisenstein is a great derm! He is quick to diagnose issues. I love that he offers different possible solutions and explains their caveats without trying to upsell or force you into picking one. Definitely recommend 🙂👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend this dermatology office! From the moment I walked in, the professionalism was apparent. The receptionist is incredibly polite, attentive, and respectful, making the check-in process a breeze. What impresses me the most is the minimal wait time—it's refreshing to see an office that values your time. Dr. V. Ramachandran is fantastic! His expertise in treating fibrosing frontal alopecia is evident, and I’m thrilled to say that I've seen noticeable results over the past year. The office itself is spotless, which only adds to the overall positive experience. Plus, being located on the first floor makes it very convenient to access. If you’re looking for quality dermatological care, look no further!

Not professional in care and follow up. Non professional removed dressing, no sterility in change of dressing just to take picture. My shirt was stained and who knows if infection to come

I’ve been a patient here for only 2 months and the number of headaches I’ve dealt with in the place was insane. The doctor was great but the front desk and PA’s are all over the place and VEERY UNORGANIZED. My prescriptions are never sent on time and even when they are, they are sent to the wrong pharmacy even when I communicated my pharmacy name and address over 10 times. I’m taking Accutane which is a monitored drug and you shouldn’t be missing doses. I was told you can do telehealth visits by the doctor but then the front desk told me they do not do telehealth visits. When I asked the front desk to forward my lab results to the doctor to review, they mentioned they did. I patiently waited 5 days and kept calling each day to follow up and still no response. I finally spoke to James at the front desk who was able to actually help me (He was great) and get the results to the doctor and schedule me. When I visited the doctor, he mentioned to me that he only received Jame’s message. This office has people who do not know how to communicate or do their jobs properly. Either the management or Doctors should review this and please call me if you want a thorough break down of what happened or ask James. I’m changing my provider this month. Dr. Ramachandran was great and so was James but these continuous mess ups between their team is above my tolerance especially when it keeps happening every time. If treating patients in this manner is normal here, then its better to find a place where they follow up and make sure you’re being taken care of because the dermatology bill isn’t cheap and the service shouldn’t be either
