The receptionist was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was taken on time to see Dr. Grucson by her assistant who put me as ease. Dr. Grucson is superb in every sense of the word. She is attentive and thorough and answered all of my questions! She explained everything before she did it and I felt secure in her hands! This was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing! The staff made me feel so welcomed. Although i went right after work and was in my working clothes i still felt like i was treated as a human. Will be going back for more sessions. Definitely recommend. The work was done so cleanly and quick. Dr. Allison was very knowledgeable and explained it all so well. Even after the procedure they still attentive of me.

The experience is knowledgeable. From the front desk staff up to the back end staff, everyone is courteous and polite to one another and to the patients. Everyone I’ve met has knowledge of any questions or concerns I may have. Thank you for making my experience so smoothly and being able to provide knowledgeable information regardless of my questions and concerns. Very professional, quick 1st time registration. The MA came in right away then afterwards the doctor it was a smooth transition. He was very knowledgeable and helpful put me at ease right away. Staff was kind and helpful. Definitely return. Office waiting area not large but comfortable.
