Love Ideal Image Queens! I’ve been getting laser hair removal treatments for many years and this location has been my best experience thus far. The staff is very kind, patient, and accommodating. Shoutout to Frankie, who makes scheduling appointments a breeze. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience here every time. All the staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. I’ve always felt extremely comfortable and informed about my treatments. Can’t recommend this location enough for anyone who is curious about any medical beauty treatment.

I’ve been going to ideal image for years- it’s the best for hair removal particularly for olive to deep skin tones. Jan is phenomenal at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable. The front desk staff especially Frankie is always so welcoming and helpful with promotions!

From the time I went in to now, it has not been a good experience. I made an appointment over the phone and the lady moved my initial appointment to an earlier time so I can have a consultation and service done. When I went there, I was standing outside for ten minutes and ended up calling them. Their doorbell thing was apparently not working. I go in for the consultation appointment and the lady/ manager stated I don’t have time to do my procedure and I was like the lady moved my appointment so yall can do the service and she said no. Then she stated I can get one applicator done today and come back in a few days to get the other applicator. When I was placed in the room, it was extremely hot, the nurse did not ask me if the position was comfortable to sit up, the placement of the whole thing was very uncomfortable and I had to call her 4 times to fix it. (Normally I get two applicators placed). I get a text today (the day of my appointment) stating they need to cancel because I need to wait 30 days. My commute to go to the appointment is 2.5 hours so I rescheduled a lot of things to make it to that appointment today. I called and stated that this is not ok! And the lady said they tried calling me yesterday, I have no missed calls from them. They also never sent me a receipt of my purchase, a consent form and some other thing. I have been telling them I haven’t got them, I gave them a different email and nothing still. I requested a refund since I don’t want to go back again and waiting to hear back from the manager. Update- I received the receipt in my email today.
