已经在这边报税报报好多年了。今年报税退税被联邦卡主了，虽然说知道退税是政府决定的，但是没有收到始终有点不开心。打了好多电话给天旅帮忙查看，每次服务都很好。。现在已经收到退税，非常开心。真心感谢，谢谢。

在这报税办证件很多年了，态度很好，做事也很细心耐心讲解。

I paid this accounting firm $500 to handle my tax issue and provided every document they asked for, but a year later the IRS still showed I owed money because my forms were never properly submitted — even though I had already given everything to them, they kept deflecting responsibility and told me I’d have to pay more if I wanted them to “continue working” on it. I switched to another accounting firm that fixed the problem the same day for $180 and the charge was removed, so I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They overcharge, keep your personal information in their system, and their fees are much higher than other accounting firms while never actually resolving your case. They repeatedly claimed they would call the IRS on my behalf, but every time I called the IRS myself, what they told me was completely different — meaning they were not doing anything and were misleading me. This place is dishonest and feels like a scam — please avoid this office at all costs.
