Their hours are from 9:30AMto 5:00PM. This only leaves Saturday for you to pickup and drop off clothes. Also, their turnaround for clothes is a week. That's way too long and inconvenient. Good luck if you work in Manhattan. I'm currently looking for an alternative.

Spend $25, still dirty, the owner yelled at me just bc I asked if I could pick up earlier.

Terrible service..... I'm not going back again. I took 2 new pants for hem and the owner / the woman was unprofessional telling me that the pants won't get fix until the next day after 3pm because she is coming another location and won't be able pick them up until a day after. Also, she said don't come at 10 am because I won't be opening on time. I will be late. She charged $8 for each hem and additon credit card fees for using a credit card. When I picked up the pants, they were 2 inches too short. In addition, she tried to save money by only giving me the pants without a hanger and plastic cover protector. I am so disappointed, and now I have to buy new pants.

Horrible service ! They are not professional they are amateurs . Don't ever go to them, if you don’t want to loss money. I don't even know how they can stay in business, I had my jacket sent to them to dry clean and they ruined and scratched my expensive jacket. These people are ridiculous, I assist them to pay for the damages, they refused to pay for the damage they cause on my coat, the only thing they paid me was my dry clean service $23, these people refuse to take responsibility for the damage and blind-sighted accused me of bring it in scratched, stating they didn't check how the condition was when brought in to store. When I brought in my expensive coat I specifically told them, this is a year old jacket I spent $650 please be careful with it, they said they would take care of it, now that was a lie, they claim the machine dry clean if so, it's not there problem. They should close this business already ! Save your money and find a professional place

I got three cashmere coats for dry cleaning and paid a total of more than fifty dollars! I specially reminded him where his clothes were dirty, and he also marked it! Ask me to get it in a week! When I went to collect the clothes, I didn't open it for inspection, because every piece of clothes was packed in plastic bags. But when I took it home and opened it, I was dumbfounded, just like didn't wash it before! So they wonder washes for my clothes ! All three clothes are as unwashed! I took it to another place for dry cleaning, and it was really clean after washing!
