lived here for 3 years now. the staff are nice and friendly (at least in our building - grand 3). every home owners pretty much keep to themselves and give each other privacy, which i like. the dog runs are spacious and good for my 2 dogs to play and run around.

Nice condo with huge windows offering great views of city. Possesses good luxury amenities (secure entrance, 2 zone climate control inside your condo with Nest thermostat, large gym, pool and sauna. VERY close to heart of Flushing and all the associated shopping and restaurants. HUGE balcony and very thick glass that blocks most aircraft noise flying overhead to nearby LaGuardia Airport. Management quick to respond via email and in-person!

It's crazy that this crapshot of a complex is advertised as a 'luxury condo.' For one, the whole place is situated between the government housing, a foul smelling body of water, and the obnoxiously loud 7 train. The decors of tower 123 are straight out of the 1980s; hard to believe the buildings are still relatively young being built in the 2010s. The management team here is lazy and unprofessional. There is (at least) one doorman here who gossips way too much about the tenants. My first week in the building and he was already telling me about how crappy the previous tenants are and how they're shady people. That just completely unprofessional and pretty much reflects the management team as a whole. After moving in, good luck trying to even enter your apartment here, because your key fob for the most part won't work despite needing it for THREE layers of security to enter your apartment. (The front entrance after 10, the elevator 24 hrs, and your own building 24 hrs.) So when you try to get your key fob fixed, (cause it will stop working for errors on the management's side,) it may take weeks or even months (they WILL lose your application sheet, etc.) and multiple attempts. After speaking to the doorman, I was told that the management is supposed to take care of key fob issues, but since they're so lazy, they hand over the responsibility to a person who only works for like 2-3 days a week. It's crazy, because you can't even enter your own building. Also, normal nonluxury apartment buildings with one super can sort out garbage; but the huge management/janitorial team here can't take apart boxes and will bill you $200 for leaving one un-flattened box. I've lived in apartments in the city where throwing out furniture in the disposal room wasn't an issue. But nope, not here, one box is simply too much for them. Employees here will even make up rules as they fit. (I’ve asked for the house rules from managements to make sure they were made up.) Also, let’s not forget to mention that there are roof leakage issues. And cockroaches seen in the hallways. The price point for Skyview at this point is almost on par with the luxury condos in the city. But the management and building here truly just do not measure up.

I was racially profiled and disrespected at Sky View Parc (4028 College Point Blvd) by a front desk worker named Abigail on Juneteenth while arriving for work as a professional caregiver. She mocked my job, refused to call the family I was there to see, lied about doing so, and treated me with open disrespect. I ended up in tears before even starting my shift. This wasn’t just rude — it was racial, classist, and completely unacceptable. A formal complaint has been filed with the NYC Commission on Human Rights. If you’re Black, a caregiver, or someone visiting this building — stay alert. Abigail made it very clear who she thinks doesn’t belong here.
