We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Zhang’s care and compassion. Our kid caught a cold after starting school and we had a late-night televisit with Dr. Zhang. Even after hours, he was thorough and quick to prescribe medication. When her condition worsened and she developed an eye infection from a sinus infection, Dr. Zhang responded swiftly again and prescribed med the next day when we came in. Throughout the entire process, he was so gentle, patient, and understanding with our baby, making sure she was comfortable. We truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him!

They are by far the best pediatricians I have ever met. My daughter was born when she saw Dr. Zhang now she 11 years old. Because of his professional ability and knowledge, I trusted his so followed him from Brooklyn to Queens to thanks god I met Dr. Li. which is the same professional. So I been seeing Dr Li about few years. They are my best experience even. Whole team of staff like the professional skills of the nurses and the communication the front desk were the best experiences I've ever seen in New York. Especially in New York where people don't make appointments on time. It made the children aren’t afraid to see a doctor and had bad memories of injections, pills,etc . Don’t know how to Appreciate it. I hope that this review will help new parents find the good pediatric around NYC.

Good doctors, poor front desk services!!! Dr. Zhang and Dr. Li are very professional, friendly and enthusiastic pediatricians. They both worth 5 stars. My kid has been seeing them since birth for three years. However I have to switch to another doctor because of the extremely unfriendly nurse who gave me terrible experience. Once my kids was sick and I called to make a reservation in the morning, but when I arrived there I still have to wait for about 2 hours. I tried to negotiate with the front desk but the nurse yelled at me and gave me attitude. Later on, when I run into her near the clinic one day, she also showed her attitude to me and ignored my greetings. I feel ridiculous and I don’t think I can take this anymore in the future. It’s a shame that I have to leave these excellent doctors just because of a poor nurse, but there is not much I can do. Also, the waiting time is extremely long, just a heads up.

We have 2 medical insurances and we always have to end of paying out of pocket several hundred dollars. And today my toddler has been fasting for almost 20hrs now for blood work and they are currently trying to figure out how much would our out of pocket price for a lab work. And my 4year old is crying for food. We have been coming here for 3 years and each visit receptionist haven’t called the insurance prior to the visit, and make us pay out of pocket so that they will call the following day and get that reimbursed. It’s has been the same story every single visit including this time for the last 3years. We should have switched peds first time they pulled this trick.

Came in when there ware 2 patients before us… and it’s been 2 hours but we still haven’t seen the doctor yet. When we do get to see the doctor… he spends less then 5 minutes with my kid and we’re on our way out. My question is how is it that we were waiting for OVER 2 hours yet the doctor spends less then 10 minutes with my kid? On the way out another parent came in and asked the front desk if her kid can see the doctor today and she was given an 2 hour wait time yet there was only 1 little kid and her mother in the waiting area. I’m confused? How is this possible?
