Shane’s lowkey a wizard. With kindness and care and so much expertise, he helped me become pain-free and understand the causes of and solutions for a previously relentless running energy. He treated me a few weeks before my first marathon, and truly saved me. I’d recommend Shane to anyone.

I cannot say enough about Shane & his practice. From the moment you enter his space, there’s an overwhelming sense of calm. He has a deep knowledge of the body & a presence that instantly puts you at ease. He’s incredibly thorough, asks questions throughout treatment,& educates with clarity& patience. I am a dancer and have been treated for different injuries over time & each session feels uniquely customized and intentional— never rushed and always with a post-treatment plan. Shane is gentle and gifted healer of the body & mind!

10/10 always! Every time I receive an acupuncture treatment from Shane, I leave feeling relief in ways I didn’t even know I needed. He is so attune to what my body needs after asking just a handful of thoughtful questions, and he approaches each session cognizant of my entire background (seriously, he keeps track of everything so I’m never having to repeat myself or remind him of certain things). Shane also includes body work in his sessions, so you might get a nice combination of acupuncture mixed with cupping or stem or massage or any variety of care! In addition, Shane maintains a beautiful space filled with plants and natural sunlight and relaxing music. It’s WELL worth the price, friends! A visit to Slainte should be on your monthly to-do list. It’s on mine!

I was recently diagnosed with a stress fracture in my foot and, as a fitness coach, healing quickly was really important.
