!!! PLEASE call this office to confirm the mailing address before sending any mails over !!! Many infos in the docs and signs are outdated. The associates in the office are really nice and helpful.

Unbelievably awful management. They only work one day a week (I'm pretty sure this is actually true, but if not, it certainly seems that way) and have no internet portal, no way to pay online or request maintenance or reserve event spaces online. I will say though that the office staff is simply delightful and I found them very pleasant to deal with when calling in. I feel bad that they have to work under such a shady company.

Run, don't walk away from this company. They lie and then avoid the shareholders in my building. I don't know why we hired them but they're irresponsible and should be called SLJ Property MISmanagement.

So a "management" office without internet access has: No information. No back up. No reference. No way to work remotely. No way to change a phone message that says you are calling after hours when its 10:30 and that's between 9:30 and 4:30 (went cheap with VOIP). No way to mail or distribute information about their situation but can put a note in the lobby about elevator maintenance. Disgusting

Absolute horrible communication from this group. management are incompetent and scatterbrain.
