Dr. Peter and his teams are amazing. Dr. Peter is one of the best doctors I have ever come across, He defines the true meaning of the Good Doctor. I am his patient for almost 8 years now and he treats his patients like his own family members. I live in a different borough. I do not mind travelling there just because they are super nice team.

Dr. Peter is the best. He cares very much about his patients, even though he is off during the holiday. I wish him happiness and good health forever.

This medical facility in New York is the best in the area. The wait time is significantly shorter compared to other places in Queens. The staff takes the time to thoroughly interview me. Dr. Peter is the best doctor I’ve ever seen.

Don't get turned away by the one bad review this place has. It has a solid five stars on Zocdoc and the same person keeps giving it one star reviews on each platform--how petty. Dr. Vi Quach, at Smart Health Medical, is the best primary care physician I have ever had and one of the best doctors overall, too! She takes the time to get to know patients and remember what's going on in their lives and health. She's accurately diagnosed my wife after a three minute conversation when three other doctors gave her all of the wrong treatments--making her sicker. Years ago I was searching for a new doctor to see me after moving to Queens from upstate NY (Rochester). Decided to visit Smart Health Medical to specifically seek out Dr. Vi and I was so pleased with my first visit I've never gone anywhere since. The office accepts walk-ins, though appointments get you seen much faster (on-time or early), and they have great late night and weekend hours a couple of times a month. I've never waited for hours to be seen after my scheduled appointment time like my wife used to at other places. I continue to see Dr. Vi for annual physicals, check-ups and any unknown symptoms even after moving to the Bronx. When I eventually move out of the city someday I'll be sad to leave Dr. Vi behind but while I'm here I cannot recommend her enough. For now, I continue to visit her in Elmhurst, Queens from way up here near the Bronx zoo. As everyone says, she cares about her patients and takes her time with us. She actively listens and is so well-versed in so many different types of treatments and good lifestyle habits. If you don't need pills, she'll tell you that and offer up better everyday habits that can help you live and feel better. She takes a holistic approach to your health and is in no way a pill-pusher looking to make insurance money off you. Most of my visits result in a clean bill of health after taking vitals, and blood or urine samples on site--if necessary. But when you do need a scan, treatment or prescription she goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need, when you need it, and makes sure it's covered under your insurance so you're not hit with sticker shock at the pharmacy or a referred specialist. The office even faxed my referral paperwork to a specialist when I forgot the paper at home before my appointment. Saved me from having to reschedule or take off work to go home and get it. I could go on and on but there's no need. Dr. Vi is a phenomenal doctor who I continue to travel nearly two hours to see whenever I need to.

They do not take next day or even same week appointments if you're sick or even contagious if it's your first time with the doctor. The assistant told me it would be at least a week for the next appointment and to go to the hospital if I'm really that sick then. This really just brings me to question do they really care about healing patients or just booking a full day of patients. Is my sickness less important just because I've never seen this doctor before? So old patients will always get priority over any new patient even if they are very sick? If I pass my sickness over to someone else or alot of people and you could've healed me with 15 minutes of time and a prescription then are you really a medical facility or even doctors? What kind of doctor turns you away when you tell them you're contagious? And to think I even made this place my primary care physician, what a joke for medical center. This just shows it's not even about your knowledge as a medical professional that would make you a good doctor, sometimes just your compassion for patients and maybe just some simple some common sense and human decency. This place has none, the assistant was like a robot, not helpful at all and just useless. I wonder how many doctors would turn you away after you tell them you're contagious? So that makes you think, does a place like this really care about their patients if they're just turning away people who are sick and contagious? Yeah I doubt it. This place is trash. Don't bother wasting your time.
