Smart Phone NYC - Kings Highway

I think the first time I visited the store was about nine years ago. They had moved from Bensonhurst anyway I was satisfied with the first visit one battery seven screensaver and a cleaning later I went in today and saw a beautiful young lady for the first time she had hands like the surgeon gave me a perfect job on my screensaver. And the rest is history. I never had a bad experience with the guys over here on Kings Highway hundred percent recommend them.

AMAZING experience!!! My husband brought his phone with broken screen today, and only a few hours later, I picked it up fully fixed with replaced screen! Very professional work, fair prices for repair, very good prices for phones ( cheapper than Amazon ), phone cases, and screen protectors. Very polite staff. The owner patiently answered all of my questions regarding my phone and phone case. I would highly recommend this place!!!

My girlfriend had a display issue with her Samsung Flip 6. The two guys at this store were extremely helpful and resolved the issues within hours of receiving the replacement part. Highly recommend coming here.

I took my IPhone 16 pro max at this shop for repair the microphone. They damaged my phone totally, my phone is now not functional I didn’t even have insurance for it! I went back to find out what happened. He was extremely rude didn’t even listen to me, he said he did his job and that’s all! It’s such and unprofessional and no responsibility about nothing. I ended up just get a new phone! Don’t recommend this store. Do not go for any reason!!!!

Be aware going to this store!!!!!!! I took my iPhone 14 Pro to this store for repair. A phone had only one problem, back was broken so he replaced phone’s back. The cost was $140. After i got my phone back it wouldn't turn on, the screen was totally itself had no reaction. only phone was doing was getting way to hot . Today i went back to the store to explain him the situation. He didn’t take any responsibility about damaging my phone, he was repeatedly that he only changed back and didn’t touch the phone, but the fact is that i had my broken phone for a week and it had no problems. I was just nicely asking him to take a look on a phone what and why was damaged.. wanted to repair a phone what he damaged or refund my money back! He’s respond was that i had to pay more for the damage he gave to the phone. During our conversation a guy who was seating in the store which i didn’t even see and he started screaming and coursing at me and the store worker had no reaction, he didn’t say any word to him to stop him, a man (just only with shape) was screaming and coursing a woman and store worker (another man also with only shape) was standing with smily and pleased face. As i found out he was a customer who was waiting but not him and not store worker didn’t inform me about! I was confused about the situation was going on, i was about to call 911 but i was so nervous left without doing it, but i’m not gonna stop here, i will do all to punish by the law this incident. as i was informed the store has cameras and it is great because as a customer i was 100% right in that situation.
