Scheduled a test through Pearson vue. Nice clean testing center. Stress free. Courteous staff. They had lockers for personal belongings.

Fast check in process, and the woman at the front desk today around 10:00 am was extremely helpful and kind. The testing space was clean and quiet. It was an overall fast and efficient process.

Exceptional service

DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR EXAM AT THIS CENTER. Testing office staff are untrained, rude, and disrespectful. I came in to take a two-section exam with no enough pre-exam instruction. During the exam, I finished the first section early and asked the proctor (exam administration staff) how to move to the next section. I was provided with MISINFORMATION and was assured that the exam is only 1 section, not two. Which caused me not to pass the exam. Upon confronting the staff with the misinformation I was given, I was disrespected verbally and insulted and was called bad names because they couldn’t take accountability of their own actions and words. (ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA) After that, I tried to speak to the owner whose name is “Rene” in order to reach a resolution. I was asking for a time extension, or an early reschedule, or even a refund. The owner was Uncooperative and refused to even take RESPONSIBILITY for the misinformation I was provided that caused me not to take the second section of the exam. He could have helped, but he didn’t. Ended up filing a case with Pearson, which has been useless. I re-took the exam and passed EASILY upon completing the 2 sections. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR EXAMS. Overall, very hostile and bad environment to take an exam with no regard to test-takers.
