Great service! I was attended to as soon as I walked in, despite not having an appointment. Rocy dyed my hair today and it came out exactly how I wanted! She was so sweet too.

A nail tech named Emily did my nails the other day and they’re SO good i loved them omg, the price was reasonable 100% recommended

I wanted only a trim and asked them only a little above my eyebrows and even pointed to where i wanted! Instead, the cut to the middle of my forhead! When the cut was done, i wanted to cry. They asked, " Do you like it?" When I obviously wanted to cry. I told them I wanted to pay. My mom called ahead, and they told her the price was $20 they tried to charge me $35!

I went in for bleaching a few months ago, horrible service! I asked specifically for one person and they came in with two! They used me as a practice doll by letting someone who doesn’t know what she’s doing practice bleaching hair! I also noticed that a lot of hair came out during the process 😓😭My face was burning and they did nothing to help and said it was normal. When it was time to dry my hair they used no heat protection! Unbelievable! I asked for heat protection since you know.. my hair is delicate due to being freshly bleached and they said no! My friend who was there with me said the two ladies who were doing my hair were in the back pointing and talking about us! On top of that, I texted my mom who knew the salon better than me, what they were doing. So when my mom called to find out what was going on the stylist lied! Straight to my mother’s face! Half my head of bleach came out to $120

I walked into Smiley Beauty Salon and Spa and asked for a manicure and pedicure with designs. The lady that attended to me began to do the pedicure but when it was time for her to do the designs, she appeared nervous. Mind you, the designs were polka dots. It was obvious that she could not do the designs and she got one of the staff to do the designs. Except the staff that she got to do the designs was not able to do them because she didn’t know how to. So, I asked if there were any designs that they knew how to do and she said, “no.” The service was horrible!!! I hated the pedicure and did not proceed to get a manicure. To make matters worse, I was charged $35 for something that was poor quality and looked horrible. It was a horrible experience and I wont be going back there nor would I recommend anyone to go there to get their nails done. I also suspect that the individuals inside of the salon who are doing nails are not licensed. As soon as I arrived home, I took of the pedicure. I work hard to earn a living. Sadly, $35 that I worked hard for went down the drain. Furthermore, it was also time that I lost that I will never regain. My advice to Smiley Beauty Salon and Spa, the next time a customer walks into the salon and asks for a service that you can not provide, let the customer know that you are unable to provide the service.
