I've been using this laundromat for drop off service for 26 years. I go there approximately twice a week. I have never had a problem and the laundromat is kept VERY CLEAN. The new owner helpers have always been very nice to me. My clothes always come back clean and folded. They are Very professional. I’m alway happy with the service they provide and I would strongly recommend them. They treat like family. Five stars ⭐️

SMP Laundromat has become my go-to for laundry services, and for good reason. Every time I drop off my clothes and pick them up a day or two later, I'm impressed by their exceptional service. Two stars just because the owner keeps this place clean. This is the closest laundromat from my place otherwise I would go somewhere else. The cons of this place: 1. Overprice $3 for a medium size washing machine and $2.25 for the smallest ones. 18 dryers ($25/6min) 2. Small laundry room with 7 medium washing machines, 8 small ones, 3 large and 1 extra large. And sometimes there are machines “out of service” meaning that some are being used for the drop off service. 3. THERE IS NOT HOT WATER! No matter if you even ask to the owner. I’ve been coming here for years and there is never hot water. The owner says I have to ask first before even running the machine to make sure I’ll get some hot water running. Not even doing this! The owner explanation is that they have a small tank for hot water and that by 5pm it is all gone. I’m not sure if this makes sense since last time here she gave me another different reason. Seems to me she is giving me excuses. I really want this laundromat to be the one that serves to the community properly and the one I can come and get the service I’m paying for. To the owners: please please improve the service.

Please fix your dry machines then I will come back. But as of right now their dry machine does not dry the clothing it eats a lot of coins.

The owner is really nice but the woman who helps on the floor is extremely rude. The way she talks to the customers is like she’s above them. That kind of attitude is not acceptable in a customer service setting
