The company - it has a terrible tracking system that only allow you to track your package at least a week after your shipment gets accepted by them, within the first week, the online system will be likely showing the status as Package Not Found, which is a joke. Their rates are also extremely high compare to other small shipping freight companies, for the same amount of money you spend, USPS can even do it much better. The staff - the gentleman in the office was nice, helping out for packaging your items; however, the lady isn’t someone you want to speak with, she can ignore you either in office or rapidly hung up the phone from watching her shows/tv series/makeups, which is unrespectful and unacceptable. With that being said, for this price you paid and the service you got, it’s apparently a rip off, will not ship from them again.
