They’re all super nice and the place is super clean. They also had no problem accommodating to my preference for a female physical therapist which is great.

Dr. Ze at Solar helped me recover the mobility of my fractured elbow back to what it was before the scooter accident. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as a great listener. Highly recommended!

Scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they notified me that I could not be seen and had to come back after they verified my insurance. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. The receptionist could’ve been more helpful and proactive by calling my insurance while I was there, instead of sending me home. She claims the insurance was closed on Saturday, they were not. I was able to call them after I left and they confirmed that I was 💯 covered. Do not come here. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

As a Healthcare provider myself, it's essential that when a patient books an appointment that they are able to actually have their appointment as scheduled. Myself and my biller verify benefits asap and work with the patients to make sure they receive care and treatment since they are coming to me due to pain or sickness. Unfortunately, the administrative team of this provider is not willing to provide bedside manner or adequate support for patients. I booked an appointment via their online option, input my insurance information which was in network and 1 hr before my appointment time I was called to be informed that the admin assist was essentially cancelling my appointment on me because she was unable to do her job apparently. She was also condescending and when I informed her I was a Healthcare provider myself and know how this works she continued to have an unwarranted attitude and a lack of Empathy or compassion. If you'd like to successfully book an appointment, I wish you luck because this was not a positive experience. I encourage the provider to improve his admin staff either with a new employee or by sending them to competency training in how best to provide appropriate level of care to patients.

Made an appointment previous day, for 9am. When I got there at 9am, told them I had appointment scheduled from online, was told to sign name and have a seat. 20mins goes by people coming after me go right in. Ask the receptionist says I'm next, another 20mins ago by more people walk right past me and are seen before me. Ask the receptionist again says I didn't know you had an appointment, ask her again how much longer is the wait, at this point she ask for insurance card. I ask her again see how long the wait is, she goes and ask the doctor, now she comes back says doctor is busy can you come back tomorrow? I reply no I have work, that's why I made an appointment online for today at 9am. Either their online system is not working or their receptionist is incompetent. Even if the online system isn't working, I signed my name on the waiting list and had people just walk in and right pass me. Was told multiple times to just wait, youre next when people just skip the line. then finally told doctor is too busy, even though they are still taking walk ins, when I have a scheduele appointment. I will not be back, save yourself some time and find another place.
