Both my kids came to the music school, love their professional and kindness.

Owners and Staff are very helpful and accommodating; resolve issues expeditiously and with great care. Very customer oriented. Instructors are professional and approachable. My experience has been nothing less than 5 stars. Highly recommend SoS!

Rented a Trumpet for my son here today the gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and professional and went out of his to be helpful Instrument is of high quality and rental fee is beyond reasonable.. ☆☆☆☆☆

I called to inquire about tuning my piano. The woman who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. I accidentally gave the wrong dimension for my piano and she snickered and laughed at me. She then stated they only tune Yamaha and grand pianos. She made me feel very minimized and discouraged. Very disappointing for a local business.
