I absolutely love my nails! They turned out so beautiful the shape, the color, and the design are all perfect. The attention to detail really shows, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Not only do they look amazing, but the quality of the work makes them feel strong and long-lasting. I’m beyond happy with how they came out and will definitely be coming back again. I came in for a pedicure and my technician (I believe her name was Yaya) was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, very gentle, and really took her time cleaning my cuticles and filing my nails perfectly. The nail color came out beautiful and was painted neatly and evenly. I left feeling relaxed and very happy so I'll definitely be coming back!

Have always had a good experience here. They take their time so it’s not the quickest but they are more meticulous so it’s a good trade off. I have seen Bebe the most often there. It isn’t cheap but not many places are these days and when I have tried less expensive places lately, I got poor quality so I continue to come to Soul Pretty instead because they always give me a solid set. Sometimes it can be busy but it’s not bad during non peak times and they squeeze you in quickly. Well staffed during peak hours.

The staff here are welcoming and have consistent quality of service. I was able to stop by without a scheduled appointment this past week for a gel manicure with cat-eye effect in #25. I found the translucent mauve color to be perfect for the transition between seasons. It is not too flashy for the office either.

I’ve done a fair amount of gel pedicures in the past couple of years, but unfortunately this was probably the worst one I’ve done. While the space is nice, the service here was subpar. I usually am a bit more distracted when I’m at the salon and on my laptop, but like to have full trust in the technician for the service. This time… I felt like the technician (YW) slightly took advantage of that by skipping an extra coat and quickly, but poorly shaping and filing too. Layers were not levelled before curing, and unclear margins around the nail. I also didn’t appreciate that she was distracted during the service and seemed to be gossiping and whispering about other customers to her coworker.
