I would give zero stars if possible you can never get a call back from this place . Operator keeps taking messages from you and says someone will call you back, but it never happens

The service is a blessing for all, but unfortunately there always seems to be an issue with their pantry services. My parents had often used the pantry services when they first got here, and most of the items were spoiled which was inclusive of the fresh produce. Adding on, most of the flours were not labeled so you wouldn’t know what it was until you got home and inspected it or asked someone there. Don’t bank on getting much if you come late or happen to miss a day, there’s a lady who’s older with glasses with a horrible attitude. After my parents got adjusted and all worked out for them they stopped going here because there was no true help and for a service that gives out produce it’s bogus to give people spoiled goods.

i reached out to them specifically a lady name sushmita diyali for help to get my father get medial insurance. i reached out to sushmita on june 3rd and gave her all of the information needed to fill out the application. at first she said it would take one month for the entire process then after the one month was over i called her again and she then said it would take 3 months. so i decided to call the insurance company directly to check the status and they said she started the application on june 3rd but never finished it. the application that takes less than 1 hour to fill out the broker Sushmita did not complete the application for more 1 month and then proceded to tell me it would take 3 for the application to be completed. thru this whole process i remained in contact with her and every time she said the application was completed and submitted. they are not reliable
