I was afraid I'd never walk normally after an injury, but Deborah King came to my rescue. She knew the perfect combination of stretches and strengthening exercises to get me back on track. I'm ecstatic; so pleased with her skill and her professionalism. I can't praise her enough.

Go to Deborah King!!! She was the best when I came in with a lower back injury. She tailored a great plan for me at home, as well as always came prepared to our sessions with how to improve. She used many different techniques like cupping, massage, etc. and was always very caring and flexible with my busy schedule. She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the purpose of each exercise so even after therapy ended, I knew how to manage pain flare-ups with specific exercises. (She is also incredibly fun to be around!) I cannot recommend Debbie enough!

My experience at Spear in this location has been amazing. I have been treated by Marina for a frozen shoulder after a fractured, for a while, and my progress has been incredible mostly because the exercises and massages has been targeted to my special and individual needs. The progress has been consistent. I’m super happy with my treatment and progress. I highly recommend it!

She’s extremely committed to helping me get back to running the marathon in just a few weeks, and on top of that, she’s super nice and friendly. I’m really happy with my treatment and progress. Cam was great! Warm, professional and extremely helpful! Came in with shoulder pain and left with none. She even gave me exercises for my back when it started hurting from some of the shoulder work! Highly highly recommend her and Spear!! All of the staff was great!
