I went to this shop to replace a section of my exhaust that was leaking. I was quoted two prices, one for welding the part that was leaking and one for complete replacement of the defective section (more expensive). I chose the replacement option. This place broke rusted bolts off while trying to replace the section of my exhaust. This is ordinarily not a big deal because the bolts get replaced with new ones when this happens. The owner refused to replace the bolts and simply welded the two pieces together by the flange without discussing other options with me. On top of this, he tried to charge me a higher price than what was originally quoted for the welding option. I stood my ground and paid the original price for welding only. The welding job itself was performed well but the owner's refusal to accept responsibility and work with me towards a mutually satisfactory resolution is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to others. Were it not for the fact that the welding was performed well, I would have rated this place one star.

I Paid 100 for tire installation and balance. That boss did install without balancing. Bad attitude. Not honest person.
