My Mom was a patient of Dr. Moy for many years before moving to CA. Recently, she returned to NY and we saw an eye surgeon about cataract surgery. Dr. Moy had urged her to get it two years ago, but she refused. Now, she is more open to it, so I reached out to Dr. Moy to discuss whether to do the surgery or not. Even though he hadn't seen her since 2018, he agreed to speak to me immediately and was very caring and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Moy. He goes above and beyond a doctor's duties.

Very warm and friendly, while being efficient and professional.

I was there for a series of tests and Dr. Moy took the time to explain what I would be going through at his office. The office functions very well and has a very efficient flow. He looked at my test results and explain what they were and any precautions I should take. He is one of the rare doctors I have seen who is professional yet warm and caring at the same time. I don't live in NY but visit for business frequently. When I need checkups or have some issues with my eyes, I am always confident I am in good care because of Dr. Moy's expertise and professionalism. This is my go-to eye care place.

This was my first visit to a vision doctor and I was very nervous, but Dr. Moy made the whole process comfortable and easy. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
