Stanley Steemer reps Johnnie and Eldin were courteous, professional and respectful. They did an amazing job on my white linen sectional with multiple pillows (additional charge). They arrived and got right to work, the process and expectations were explained thoroughly and in great detail. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I don’t have before pics, however the cleaning made a huge difference after 3 years of everyday use and one move. 5 star service. Would use this service again.

Darryl was very professional…..he was polite and patience and really took his time to clean my sofa. Sofa got cleaned and smelled good afterwards but the stains of markers and crayons didn’t get off as it was not guaranteed for removal of the stain. But thats ok because Darryl tried his best right in front of me. So if you wanna get your sofa basic cleaned, I recommend Stanley Steemer!

Johnny & Peyton arrived at the agreed time window to clean the ceramic tile in the basement and the concrete floor in the garage which was heavily soiled from a flood. Both came out as good as new. Extremely satisfied with the work!

Hired Stanley Steemer to do Tile & Grout Cleaning and Stairway Carpet Cleaning. On their website, it seemed the process would be more meticulous than it actually was like scrubbing the grout lines between each tile before using the high pressure rotary wand (see images I screenshotted online). I believe only the solution and the rotary wand were used based on what I saw. To be fair these basement tiles have probably never been professionally cleaned before and have been building grime over 10+ years of use or longer, so the cleaners did set expectations ahead of time when we did the walk through the day of that they probably won’t be able to even clean the dirt trapped in the inner bevel of the tile itself (not the grout), which I found a little surprising since those lines aren't as deep and grimy as the grout lines. So if you hire them, I wouldn’t expect them to really put in extra elbow grease to scrub anything, they’re really there to run their equipment over the tile which probably would be fine for a majority of basic tile cleaning jobs. There were grout areas where there was grime that was extra caked in there that I was able to use my nails to scratch off easily after they finished (see video), which probably means if they had the right tools like a grout or wire brush to gently scrub the grout lines after running the machine over, it would have done a decent job getting all the extra gunk off. What I expected from the process detailed on their website was a little more elbow grease to be put in, but that’s probably why their fee for 1000 square feet of tile felt quite reasonable at first ($380). We also did want the grout to be sealed after ($160) and they did confirm that was done…although based on the timing and what looks like would have been a more tedious process on their website to do (getting on knees and squeezing a bottle of seal on all the grout lines), I’m not 100% positive based on the timing of the job. They also added an extra charge for deodorizing my carpet which was not discussed with me. I texted the cleaner and they said the stairway carpet really needed it, but I would have preferred they approved it with me first since it costs me extra. Luckily, he called his manager and was able to refund me the money back which I felt was very honorable. I would say all in all, the guys that came–Johnny and Eldin were respectful and courteous and set expectations with me every step of the way (aside from the extra charge, but luckily was resolved promptly), but the discrepancy between the process that is detailed online and what their employees are actually trained to do left me a little disappointed. Would also definitely recommend to ask them to view the final receipt before signing anything! Hope this is helpful. *Image shared is after they cleaned. Absolutely terrible experience with this Stanley Steemer location. They came out on 7/8 to clean my couch, and not only did they damage it, but the stains never came out despite sending crews back two more times. Instead of fixing the issue, they offered me a $500 check for the damage—which I agreed to—but the check never arrived. Trying to get in touch with the manager, Michael, has been a nightmare. He is impossible to get a hold of—doesn’t return calls, doesn’t follow through, and seems to disappear when it comes time to take responsibility. It’s been months of chasing them down, with zero accountability. This franchise is shady and unprofessional. They don’t stand by their work, don’t honor their promises, and treat customers with complete disregard. Do yourself a favor and do not choose this Stanley Steemer location for your services—you’ll regret it.
