Star Auto Sales Of Bayside

we went to Star Nissan and then to Star Hyundai...did not like the inventory there nor did we like the sales reps. Finally stopped by Star Toyota Auto Sales on 191 st Northern blvd. what a nice experience. The Sales Manager Ray was helpful all smiles, very positive place to buy a car. Salesman was Sean, was patient with us gave us different options and finally landed on car we loved. I am not someone who likes to put reviews online but experience was wonderful, would recommend friends and others to Sean. Thanks Guys.

THE BEST!! I'll be honest with you, I never enjoyed shopping for cars until I came to Star Auto Sales Of Bayside. The staff is very knowledgable and I feel very comfortable and confident doing business with them. We bought our first car here in 1998 and haven't gone anywhere else for our cars since then. Now many of our friends and family members are using them and they are just as happy as we are! I would give them 6 stars if i could. Thanks Star Auto!

Just traded my 2010 Highlander & got myself 2013 Highlander Limited, couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Sean was my Consultant, he was upbeat & super helpful towards the entire process. Ray the Sales Manager got me an Amazing deal. Thanks Guys. I will refer friends & family !

Where do I even start? My dad came here at the start of this year and told them he wanted to purchase an excellent vehicle to drive as TLC(uber/green cab) they gave him a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 XLE. They said this car was in excellent condition and charged him an absurd price of $23,000. Then when my dad went to TLC to do an inspection of the vehicle it failed. Then after my dad did work on the vehicle, he put a lot of his own money into it, my dad went to him and asked for the spare key which comes with cars and the sales manager, his name is Nick. He kept telling my dad for 5 months he’ll get back to him and he never did, even after daily reminders. Now they don’t even accommodate my dad anymore, they stopped caring. Then another worked with the name of Gilbert Martin. He said he would assist, and made a lot of false promises such as giving us the key and service of the car for 2 years because the car had a lot of problems with it. Then when we went he went back on all his promises and no one here is willing to help my dad. These people are fraudulent and not professional at all. I really feel that they scammed my dad. $23,000 is a lot of money especially for a dysfunctional car. Never come here!!!!! Unless you don’t care about your money

I called them and they hung up on my face. When I called, I asked them to confirm the name of the business to make sure I have the right number and the guy said "you should know who you're calling" and hung up on me...ok no problem I will never be calling this place again 👍
