The young lady and the barrista were awesome. She was so sweet and friendly. The barrista was a Rockstar. My only complaint is someone needs to keep an eye on the dinning area because it was a little dirty.

couldn't tell you about food, we waited for a while, Jessica was just laughing with her coworkers - she saw us waiting in the cashier to order. we finally asked "hi, can we order?", she replied rudely saying "no"

This Starbucks experience was awful because of an employee named Sabrina. I ordered my drink with light ice and foam. Not only was it made wrong, but the foam was clearly done incorrectly — it was super watery, like it was thrown in a blender instead of being made properly with the cold foam mix.
When I politely asked if it could be remade, Sabrina was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude, and flat out refused to remake it. No apology, no attempt to fix it, just attitude like I was bothering her for expecting the drink I paid for.
Starbucks charges premium prices, so there's no excuse for sloppy drinks and even worse customer service. Making a drink wrong is one thing - refusing to fix it and treating customers poorly is unacceptable. Management needs to seriously look into this because employees like this ruin the experience for everyone.
