We want to highly compliment this Starbucks location for its friendliness, cleanliness, efficiency. Special kudos to the supervisor Hailey and her staff at the 82nd Street location in Jackson Heights New York.

– It Was Okay, Just Missing My Coffee This Starbucks was okay overall. They didn’t have the specific coffee I wanted, which was a little disappointing, but everything else was fine. The service was decent, and the place was clean. Not the best Starbucks I’ve been to, but not the worst either. Just okay.

Can't read the labels they print and make drinks however they want. How many times do I need to go back to have them correct it?

Can't tell the difference between "matcha" and "mocha"? Don't try to fake it—just admit it.

Sucks I was standing in freezing whether gor the stupid beer..!!!!! & they say they only received 2 in this location smh do t know y ya promote this if ya not going to have it !
