All instructors, therapists are WONDERFUL YOUNG, very SKILLFUL people, young women & men, without any exception !!! My personally favorite, is miss. Tamila - super attentive, knowledgeable, gentle...with great social skills...& great attitude, patience, guides, assistance & help! I brought my beloved wife...to EXERIENCE all this, while GETTING much needed HELP, with her own health issues !! HIGHLY RECOMENDED !! SATISFIED & HAPPY...HEALTHIER patient...THANKS to them...especially, to miss Tamila Vlady B.

This place is great. The therapists are really good and take their job seriously . The place is very pleasant and clean. This is one of the best places I have gone for therapy in NYC

The team here that I worked with for months were so friendly and dedicated to keeping me on track and getting back to a functioning level again. Having sought treatment for over 8 months, this team really did their all to give me the best chances for recovery. I will always be thankful to Jeffrey Chan and his team, Michele, Deep, Indira, and JD (in addition to the many assisting aids along the way). Their dedication to understanding my condition, walking me through expectations of what recovery would look like, having patience with me and my many questions, the staff here really carried me through. They provided me with all the tools necessary for recovery in the long term.

I had an outstanding experience with the team at this location, would recommend them wholeheartedly. I tore my Achilles and worked with Jeff for the 12 months after my surgery, and I'm so glad I did. I was nervous about the recovery and finding a good PT, and luckily Jeff was outstanding - he took the time to understand my goals, then crafted a plan that built back my strength over time, and built a ton of trust - I always felt confident that he knew where I was at, what I could handle, and how to push me for the fastest possible recovery while minimizing risk of reinjury. On top of all that, Jeff and everyone here made it fun - they're light-hearted, friendly, and I never dreaded coming in to PT. While I hope I'll never have to return, I'd trust Jeff again with anything in a heartbeat.

Arrived early to fill out paperwork bc wasn’t given option to do prior, but issues with their technology meant my appt didn’t start until my slot was half through. Admin person at front said I’d still get my full appointment time, but he lied, and my therapist ended my appt as originally scheduled. I would have cancelled and rescheduled bc did not want to waste half of my appt when it was their issue (again I showed up plenty early). Could have also let me complete unnecessary paperwork afterward. Also never received call from manager as promised. Never going back.
