It’s hard to find a pharmacy in Flushing that accepts my insurance. My insurance provider suggested this pharmacy which was a couple of blocks away from where my doctor office was. I’m not Chinese but I was helped by a fluent English speaking girl. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She insured me that they accepted my insurance and was able to fill my prescription in a timely manner. They have a seating area to the right with a ton of TV’s. Too much TV’s in a small hallway, if you ask me, with a wooden bench that looks uncomfortable but I waited no longer than 10 minutes. In and out with friendly service. Highly recommend!

Not sure what the negative review is. Been to this place for over three years and haven't had any significant problems. Staff is friendly and willing to explain the medications if you have any questions. Most I have ever waited for medication was 40 minutes because of insurance problems; usually I just wait 10 to 12 minutes.

Visited on Sunday, the lady pharmacist at the front desk was friendly and helpful! I showed her my knee wound picture and she explained patiently what was needed for my wound to recover, shared a lot of great tips to me. Really appreciate her help, it’s getting better!

My personal experience is pretty good. They have a wide range of products and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I used to go to other pharmacies, but after a few unpleasant compulsive sales, I finally found this one, nice and professional. I have been coming for a couple of years.

Not the most pleasant experience and would highly NOT recommend. They sell very few items form cue-tips, bandage, Advil, some other very basic medicine, candies, shampoos, and hair dye. Mostly is for prescribed medication however they seem like they have quite a few patients' paper to sort out but in person pick up was an older man and my friend. With four different staffs they are way too slow, lacking and just not too friendly. Some of the staffs can barely speak or understand English and they don't ask if they misheard or did not understand they just ignore and move on to do what they were doing. When my friend got there (clinic was across the street) they said they didn't get it but didn't make a call after asking either. We waited for awhile and finally called us and rushing us to sign and pay without packing the medication first or saying anything. (My friend had a 2nd degree burn) and we almost just left to get over the counter medication because of the dreadful wait. I got tired and asked in Chinese if the medication can be applied together before bandaging because they were very different ingredients and the staff turned around to ask a guy behind her and he didn't bother to explain and very impatiently said "doesn't matter". I would never ever come again wasted my time and couldn't even have a decent attitude towards their customer
