This company is useless. I would give 0 stars if i could. Worst customer service ever. When I contact them, they always have an attitude and try to end the call before all your concerns are addressed. You would think that customer satisfaction and customer retention would be their number one priority because they are a middle man, they provide nothing useful. I would advise everyone to just go to the insurance providers directly and avoid this Broker.

Seeking a quote for new homeowners insurance for a new home under purchase, some dude who picked up only after 10 rings (on purpose as I called twice and the exact same recurred, it is some game?) wouldn't name himself scolded me for not giving him details then almost hung up on me. Such businesses give Chinatown businesses a bad name. Don't give profits to places so rude and awful.

I signed up for an insurance policy and later requested to cancel it. They assured me it was canceled, yet six months later, I received a letter claiming I owe money, and they sent it to a debt collector. This is beyond unprofessional and deceptive. I will be seeking legal counsel to address this matter and hold them accountable for their negligence and misleading practices. Avoid this agency at all costs!
