I thought this place had more selections than any other piano place in the area.

The female manager was very rude, arrogant and annoying when we were visiting the store. I hope Steinway could hire someone who is much more professional to manage the store.

I was interested in buying a Steinway Piano. I have a budget of $70,000. I came in and was looking around and wanted to hear how the different models sound. I was playing the beautiful piece sabbath prayer from fiddler on the roof. The manager comes over to me and says “what am I doing?” I respond saying, “I want to look and hear how the different models sound.” The manager instructs me to leave and says you can only play if you belong to their paid school. So if someone wants to buy a piano you cant play it first. A purchase more money than a car. Rudest service ever.... just because I look young does not mean I dont have the means to buy a Steinway Piano...perhaps she was just antisemitic...maybe if I played a song from mulan the chinese manager would have allowed me to stay.
