Dr. Wan is an exceptional obgyn with over 30 years of clinical experience. He went above and beyond in providing care for me when I was his patient. His staff in the office is always friendly and caring whenever i am there. When i was his patient, i was in labor for 24 hrs and eventually had a c-section. Dr. Wan checked on my progress, kept in touch with me via cell throughout the process of delivery. He even stayed post call to deliver my baby with another obgyn from his practice. After the birth of my baby, he called me to check up on my post-surgical progress. I recovered very fast. I didnt have to take narcotics for pain while in and discharged from the hospital. I trust Dr. Wan in providing me the best care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wan and his practice to my family and friends!

I highly recommend Dr. Wan and his clinic. Dr. Wan made me understand my condition. The clinic staffs are very friendly and explained to me about my insurance has deductible. The clinic is very clean. Due to the pandemic , the clinic has controlled the number of people and social distance. Made me feel comfortable during my waiting time

Doctor Wan is great and knowledgeable But the office is very disorganized. I had a pep smear two weeks ago in Chinatown location but never got a lab result. I called to the Chinatown office it was transferred to the Brooklyn location and the person in brooklyn office said the Pap smear sample was lost and hang up on me. Unprofessional and rude.

I am no longer his patient. i had pretty bad experience there. the doctors there never told me to get the vaccine for HPV even though they should had. The doctor there also don't use gloves when give you vaccines. one time, Dr. Wan exam me without a female nurse present. OMG

All they care here is MONEY!! You have to pay deposit in order to see the doctor and they return your left over until you go there. When I called to ask to talk to the doctor, the receptionist was so rude and said no. She said the only way to talk to the doctor is to make an appointment to see her! Do NOT GO HERE!
