I don't know what all of the negative reviews are going on about. I went to Dr. Warman today. His staff was polite and helpful, the office and facilities were clean. The doctor was an older gentleman and a bit fusty, but he was knowledgeable and helpful. I had a totally fine and normal doctor experience with this physician. REVISED REVIEW: I experienced an issue with Billing, as other reviewers mentioned, despite asking if any test being performed were covered by my insurance before allowing them. I have also experienced a level of incompetency with the staff. One person called me to make an appointment to discuss my test results when I already had an appointment in place. Then today, someone called me asking me if I had the test done because it wasn't in my file. Turns out these people made TWO charts for me, causing all kinds of confusion. Completely unprofessional. I will go for my follow up but never come back again.

Really should have read reviews here before agreeing to this referral by my local city md. Absolutely horrible bedside manner from both the doctor and nurse involved. Barely even tried to resolve my issue and were extremely short with me when I asked about my options, at home treatment, and mitigating my symptoms. From start to finish I did not feel cared for. What's worse, the nurse dropped the nozzle of a numbing spray she intended to use on me on the floor, rinsed it with water. After using office scissors to try to extract liquid for me to gargle from the bottle, she then grabbed the nozzle that was on the floor and without any other sterilization, attempted to use the spray on my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and really could not recommend this practice to anyone. And I haven't even gotten my bill yet, as others have mentioned... *UPDATE: I got my bill and somehow it's even worse. I'm on a HDHP, and they billed $1,500 for this visit. I compared rates to other specialists and the charges here seem significantly higher than other ENTs. For some reason I was even billed for impacted ear wax - nobody ever looked at my ears, and I went in for tonsillitis...the headache from this office continues. AVOID at all costs.

Could go with 0 stars tbh. I was charged ridiculous amount by this practice for a 2 min nasal endoscopy. I had a nasal fracture and had underwent x-ray and nasal endoscopy a few days prior at an urgent care, they simply recommended to get a quick assessment at ENT and recommended this doctor. My bill from the urgent care was so tiny compared to this doctor. This practice also charged me 300$ just for a new patient visit! Plus insane amount for nasal endoscopy. He also was casually like "since you're already here, let's get your ears cleaned" and quickly proceeded with it failing to mention that it would be charged extra and if I was ok with it. The ear wax removal was $150 (Wouldve been ok with paying for it if it was a service that I needed, but I was casually just pushed into it as if its a free service, I regret not thinking on the spot and refusing the ear wax removal). I have been to other specialized doctors and usually I'm ok with what they end up charging because it seems fair for the services rendered. Not this practice though. Please believe other reviews!

I wish I read the reviews before booking Dr. Warman. This doctor billed me for services I did not even have. The appointment was very fast and I felt like they were pushing a procedure on me which I cancelled. I have to call and dispute my bill as I see this seems to be issues with other patients leaving reviews.
