Steve Yang CPA

I'm a small business owner and I wanna say you must choose steve as your consultant. He will save you a lot of time and money!!!!!

I called them twice, and Steve was willing to provide guidance without charging me and said i don't need to schedule an appointment as there is nothing much they need to do. that's the firm you need that provide you honest opinions and assess whether you need their service instead of just ripping you off. very cool dude

Steve is very professional and knowledgeable CPA. He helped me the identify the mistakes in tax return and maximizing the deductions for tax return. The office also has nice view and big space. I recommend him to everyone.

Due to personal reasons, I couldn't e-file my personal income tax on time and there were some issues with my corporation tax last year. At the time, I was really worried because I got some mail from the IRS. I didn't know what to do but my friend recommended Mr. Yang to me. I first made an appointment by phone and the secretary who picked up was very friendly and reminded me of what materials I should bring to my first meeting there. At the in-person appointment, Mr. Yang asked about my tax situation and took care to read over the letters I got from IRS. He offered specific advice and steps to take to resolve my problem and I felt extremely reassured because he was so patient and professional. Thanks to him and his staff, my taxes were corrected and sent successfully. I'm really grateful and will be going back this year.

Steve Yang is not Professional at all. I visited his office one month ago personally to explain our business affairs to him and how we will file. He agreed with the things I said and invited me to send him the companies paper work when I was ready. The end of February I started reaching out to him, I sent company items to him for filing and a brief refresher of how we are filing. On April 16th, His response to me was "he doesn't have time to speak" to me about this stuff, let him know if I want to file or not and that is it. How unprofessional can one be? Especially after I took time to come visit you in person, and then sent all of the business files to him (after he welcomed me to do so); After all this was done he decided he didn't have the time to speak with me. I wanted him to know how unappreciative of his behavior I was, so I sent him an email regarding his shortness and hanging up on me and his response was "I do not know what you want me to do, I cannot perform something and I do not know what I am doing." ... REEALLY Steve? I came to visit you and we have a 30min conversation, plus I wrote a blurb about what filing we were doing as a coversheet with the files I sent and you don't know what it is you are suppose to do? hahahaaa. How about just be upfront with potential clients, if you don't want to file their business filings, then don't lead them on. I could have found a competent CPA had Steve not lead me on and push me to the curb last minute. Total waste of time and money and it's after the filing date now. How damaging is actions are. I'm shocked and appalled by his distasteful "service" and am very uncomfortable that he decided to be this way with us after I sent him all of the company's private transactions and information. Please be careful with this guy and the company he works at/for.
