The new Pumpkin Basque Mochi Black Sesame Cake is absolutely incredible! The creamy pumpkin basque, the chewy mochi layer, and the rich nutty black sesame come together perfectly. It’s unique, balanced, and so satisfying without being overly sweet. One of the most creative and delicious cakes I’ve ever had—highly recommend!

Studio Multisweet always impresses! The cakes are light, flavorful, and beautifully make. I tried the mango passion fruit cake and it was heavenly—soft, refresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Definitely my favorite bakery!!

A friend told me about Multi Sweet. I decided to get the Taro Mochi cake from here for my son’s 11th birthday. Places the order online and picked it up the next day. They are close to subway so it was convenient for me to pick up on the way home. My son and the guests absolutely loved it. Its designed just like the photo, tasted great, and not too sweet. They even added ribbons. We will definitely be coming back again.

DO NOT buy sliced cake from this place!!! They cannot guarantee the quality of their cakes and are extremely unresponsive when customers report receiving spoiled products. If you don’t want a cake to ruin a celebration that should be special, trust me—DO NOT BUY. The cakes are not freshly made, yet they charge $12 per slice. I purchased a crème brûlée slice and followed their instructions to defrost it for 30 minutes. The result was unacceptable: half of the bottom layer had completely melted into a watery liquid, while the other half was still icy. The top layer also turned watery. The owner claimed the cake was made “last night,” but honestly, they can say anything. The real issue is that the cake was spoiled. There is no way to know how long these cakes have been frozen. It doesn’t matter when you say the cake was made—what matters is how you handle the problem when a customer reports an issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply shift the blame. On top of that, their phone number doesn’t even go through—and they weren’t busy at all. Do you really believe a basement cake shop location would ever be “too busy” to answer calls? No wonder they closed their storefront and moved to a basement address, operating online only. The cake quality is just terrible. Overall, really bad experience and check their reply, so terrible customer experience.

Cake tastes ok, but super disappointing experience below. I bought a birthday cake from this place today. After walking only a short distance, the cake became completely uneven and cracked. It was supposed to be a birthday cake for my friend, but it was no longer presentable. I contacted the shop for after-sales support, but the owner was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. They insisted that once the cake was handed over, they take no responsibility at all, and blamed the issue entirely on the customer. The cake is very fragile and overpriced for its quality. It shouldn’t fall apart from such minimal transportation. Also, there is no actual storefront , only a kitchen pickup location ,which felt quite unprofessional. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend
