Avoid this place, nothing but billing problems with ENT. Allergist told me they'd take my new insurance and they don't. Their billing and records departments are in different cities and states, they can't tell you what things will cost up front. Place is owned by a medical conglomerate and the entire process is purposefully obfuscated and distributed to make things easy for them and difficult for you. Avoid at all costs.

If you want great service, amazing doctors, and be treated well, DON'T COME HERE. I had a horrible experience, especially with Dr. Eliot Danzinger. How can you even call yourself a doctor when you downplay and ridicule your patients when they confide in you the symptoms they are experiencing and how it is effecting them? Read every review here it shows how bad this place really is. Heed each and everyone of their warnings for YOUR OWN SAKE. Will never come back even if it's the last place on Earth.

Went to the ENT and paid my co pay and everything was good. Got a bill many months later, when I called them to find out what the bill was about, the receptionist gave a totally different number then the bill. When I sent the proof of my receipt that day she changed the answer and said it was for something else. When I kept questioning her why the bill is 8 month later, she kept making up more lies. Ended up paying for some bogus lie cause they threaten me that they will send my bill to a collection agency. Take down all the doctors names and never go to their practice. This place is a scam and we should file a law suit or report them to the government. Very shady what they are doing. I have seen other reviews where they are hit with a huge bill after significant time has passed. Im pretty sure they are billing the insurance company and us to increase their profit. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to bill the insurance company and also the patient when the insurance company paid out.

The worst experience. Traveled in inclement weather to make my appointment just to be told they no longer take my insurance. Nevermind the fact I confirmed before going, my insurance is listed on their website, and they called to reschedule my initial appointment and never said anything. Biggest waste of time and money. Seek assistance elsewhere.

Almost every time I come here I wait 30-40 minutes past my appointment time. I requested to speak with the manager to talk about my experience and the front desk refused to give out their information. There is no respect for your time at this practice. The phone number routes to the NJ summit office and I cannot make a new appointment. The different representatives keep connecting me to different departments and no one will schedule my appointment. The disorganization of this practice is like nothing I have experienced with a medical provider. Dr Tamayev himself is amazing and he has personally done my allergy shots multiple times when he has seen me waiting for long periods.
