I have been to this place twice and that dr. sun is a wonderful bone doctor this was because I have fallen twice, and the last time was that my right elbow so got to see him and that he was nice and told me that I need to put the sling for a few months then I followed it then it healed.

The doctor is a solid 3-3.5 stars, he's not super detailed but has good bedside manner and is direct. I wouldn't see him for a complicated fracture but a hairline fracture of the arm or shoulder seems to be ok (which is what I had) Why only 2 stars?! Well the receptionists here are horrible! No customer service whatsoever, the one receptionist with glasses is rude and when you ask her questions she looks at you like you are the biggest idiot in the world, is asking, "so do you need the X-ray cd now or do you want me to hold on to it?" A stupid question? Making an appt is an ordeal and before they do anything or look at anything they ask for copayment. I mean I get it copayment is important but shouldn't you read my file to see why I'm there before you ask for payments

A few years ago, when I dislocated my shoulder, I had the misfortune of seeing him as he was the only doctor that could squeeze me into his schedule immediately. At the time, my shoulder had been reset back in the socket but not at the ER or a medical facility. So, I went to my appointment armed with only a X-Ray with the shoulder reset. Since the shoulder had been reset, he seemed skeptical about my story of my dislocation. He prescribed physical therapy and told me he couldn't perform surgery since at the time since I was on medicaid. He claimed that medicaid would not pay him the full amount for the surgery so he was unable to do it. Due to his prescription of only physical therapy, my shoulder dislocated two more times that year. I was also at fault because I should have done my due diligence and consulted with another doctor for a second opinion. Ultimately, the third instance lead me to a surgeon who prescribed the necessary surgery. I can't comment on his surgical skills, but his attitude towards his patients - while polite and pragmatic - seems cavalier.

Waited more than one hour. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. He barely looked at my shoulder and when I complained of pain when moving my arm in a certain way, he told me not to move it that way. I asked about x-ray and/or MRI. NO! Just need to take the medicine he prescribed. But I couldn't get that medicine, because it's the same medicine my family doctor already prescribed to me. It's useless to see him. He would not do any tests or PT. Avoid Dr. Sun!

Terrible! I will give no stars if possible. The female front desk is so rude and mean!
