Can’t say how amazing the team are!!! My Audi SQ5 was having sensor issue with keep saying overheated but the temperature was normal. So brought it over to change the sensor and thermostat .However after we all thought it should be fixed, drive about 20-30mins will hear the fan turned on everytime that we went through tunnel saying overheat again. So I was assuming the temperature changes affect that. The team was very patient going back and forth to find out the real issue. Later on, they found out was the valve got water in and stuck, which caused the system keep on alerting the “coolant temperature too high” It was a very rare case to all of us. I’m so glad that the problem was fixed and now my car is back to normal. Hugh shout out to “Nick” of his amazing customer service. Always follow up and make sure everything is good. Highly recommend to all SI people and definitely my go to place now if my car has any issue.

I had my brakes bled that's it. The next day my ABS system warning went off while on the BQE only lasted about 2 minutes all seems okay now.

They don’t know how to fix cars. Went to them twice and they charged me both times. After the second time not even after a day of bringing my car back home, the problem on my car started again. NEVER GO HERE. They don’t know how to fix things and won’t tell you that they don’t know how to do it. They just keep charging you for random shit.
