When I told them about a voucher I had they said I needed to pay $700 non refundable fee to apply for an apartment. This is illegal practice and income discrimination. Im actually quite curious as to why the believe this is acceptable. Definitely a scam.

Beware when you buy the new condo unit from this company which usually built by them, may sure everything is ok before closing or no warranty afterwards whatsoever, they just grabbed your money and forget about it.
