This was amazing service. Beautiful ambiance. I had a kink in my neck. And it was hurting a lot. After this massage, it felt a little better. The lady who massaged me was good. I'm definitely coming back for another visit soon. The pricing is very reasonable too

I've always had great massages here / been going for years... I have read the comments below of people upset. Note to you: leaving 20% is not enough at discounted massage locations. If you have ever received massages at a salon or a hotel, you would realize that the prices they offer at these local places for massages are highly discounted. That means that if you're giving a tip on that discounted price, the masseuse would not be getting tipped very well. So with the highly discounted price - it's good practice to offer a higher tip and you should recognize that, before you complain that you had an amazing massage and couldn't leave 10 more dollars tip? If you're getting a massage - you can offer another $10.00. About to book another session now. Peace, love, happiness and massages!

Just leaving my appointment and will not be back to this establishment. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism and service has steered me in another direction. The massage was decent and I can't complain about anything except the fact that she didn't actually massage my feet when I asked for that for the additional time allocated and paid for. I am leaving with a terrible taste in my mouth for the way these people treat their customers. I don't think they have any understanding of what it means to work in a service industry. I had to repeatedly ask my therapist to apply stronger pressure yet she decided to use her knuckles for that not her actual hand. Additionally, as I was receiving my service through out, there was conversation going on amongst the therapist which wasn't the most relaxing situation. Upon check out, I tipped 22% of my total and I was then asked by the person working behind the desk to give my therapist more money. I was taken back and appalled at this moment, and I said I tipped more than 20% and the therapist was there just saying give me more money. I'm not sure what sort of business practices this place thinks is acceptable, but that definitely is not one of them especially when people are tipping above the norm of 20%. I highly recommend staying away from this place due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There's a ton of other places in the area that I am sure have better manners and skills and provide a way better customer service experience. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT COME HERE If you value your money, I would highly avoid this place. The massage itself was great, my boyfriend and I got a couples massage and we both agreed that we were satisfied. It wasn’t until the end where it was time to pay for our service where I have an issue, my boyfriend tipped both girls over 20% of our $140 total and the girls looked angry as if they wanted to fight and then said to the boss that the tip was low. I was so inclined to snatch my tip back because how unprofessional and rude the comment was. I don’t know how their wages work in this establishment but that shouldn’t be put on the customers to make up for. I will not be returning and I don’t suggest anyone to visit either.

I had a massage here today, and I would not recommend it. They made me feel uncomfortable about tipping, even though I thought 20% was reasonable. The staff was unprofessional, and they ended up charging me an additional tip fee, which should have been left up to the customer. Definitely avoid this place.
