AMAZING SERVICE!!! I had broken my side mirror and when I reached out to them Alen helped me by getting the side mirror delivered the following day. I was very stressed because it was my first time experiencing a broken mirror but they were so helpful. The following day the mirror came in and they did the installation so fast & it was so affordable. Customer service was nice. Norman & Willy took care of me definitely recommend. I am beyond happy with the service I got.

The Sunnyside team was very helpful and efficient with getting my new brakes ordered and installed the same day. First off I want to thank Alen he was so honest straight to the point he made me feel comfortable from the first time, speaking to him about my vehicle, him and The mechanics are great. They will have your car ready. Honestly it was my first time going there. My car wouldn’t start or anything. I went to another mechanic before him and he was saying all type of lies. Something told me to come to this place and I’m so happy I have and I’m being honest there work is great and makes you feel like you found a family mechanic

My 2024 new outback had a scary noise last night, I called Subaru dealer they said the earliest appointment gonna be next Monday and suggested me do not drive until they take a look since it might be a severe problem from the engine or transmission. However the sounds went away and the vehicle is still ok to drive, I was nervous to drive but if I don’t , it will be a big inconvenience on the thanksgiving holiday. So I drove here and described the issues to manager Allen and mechanic. They let my car in right away, the mechanic drove me onto the street to feel if there’s any problem during driving. He didn’t detect any problem in driving, everything feels normal and then he drove into their repair shop. Open the engine hood checked everything carefully with a flashlight. Then he lifted the vehicle up and took a very detailed examination of the chassis. After all he used a professional computer link to my vehicle to confirm if everything’s ok. After half hour’s check, he was assured that there’s no problem of this car. And filled a little defrost water into it. Manager Allen then came and asked him carefully to double confirm if it’s totally safe to drive. After a positive answer they released my vehicle with NO CHARGE! Even no charge for the defrost water! They wished me a happy holiday. This is the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had in the US. Their service is so good, I will suggest everyone to come here for their auto issues.
