I just called to state if they deal with: “Emotional assault,” cases and the women on the phone stated:
“No, I do not know what that is,”
To me right there just says everything about them unprofessional and didn’t even ask can you elaborate what services you are looking for instead of jumping into a straight forward answer.
A person like that working in a law firm office should answer the phone respectfully and say: “Good afternoon, how can I help you?” Not
“Hello?” Or “Yeah?” Those where her words.
Explain why there isn’t a lot of services here.
