Super Value Drugs ( Hana Pharmacy 하나약국 )

My son and I went here for our Covid vaccine booster. They were fast, friendly and very professional. Everything was very organized. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable when I asked about getting the flu shot also. My son and I were in and out in about 20 mins. Great pharmacy and service.

I scheduled for my first vaccine shot at Hana Pharmacy and they actually called me when Johnson and Johnson, one dose were finally available. They let me know in details what I need to bring to get the shot. The person even let me know to wear short sleeve to make it easier to get a shot. I got my shot on 4/2/2021. I didn’t even think about that. And when I got the shot, Peter, I think he is the owner/ pharmacist, he was very gentle with the shot and after the shot was given he let me know the symptoms I might get. Luckily I didn’t get any symptoms. When the time came for the booster shot, again they let me know what needs to be done and what to expect. With the great experience with Hana Pharmacy, I got the Flu and Shingles vaccine as well. I am all set with make it through this winter. It seemed they really care for their customers. I would recommend this business to anyone I know and share my great experience.

Diamond in the rough. Especially with Rite Aid on Northern closing, and Staples being gone since the Stone Ages. This place truly needs to shine. Especially being a Mom/Pop business, I love that they have a pharmacy to pick up your RXs, and some limited convenience needs (Shampoos, vitamins, office supplies). But I feel they have been closing earlier than they used to, and are very limited in inventory. You would think they have less competition in this area and hence an opportunity to expand, but they do not seem to be. I hope they do, but I won't be surprised if they go out of business, again, I hope not because this place is a staple.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy anymore because their service has changed completely. They insist that you call them in advance and place order for refill of your medication. If you just walk-in to refill your medication, they decline to refill and ask you to come back the next day. It wasn't like this before. They also insist that you choose option to have your medication delivered to your home. The staff at the front of pharmacy desk is not polite as well. In addition, they now close their business at 6pm Monday through Saturday so if you get out of work at 6pm, I do not recommend using this pharmacy.

Went in, no one willing to help, understood because 3 employees were on the phone, waited for few more minutes and one of them got off the phone. Still not willing to ask me if I needed help, waited more and realized they were not willing to do anything to a customer who was there to get some medicine. Left and one of ladies called me “ can I help you?”, too bad, there are many pharmacies willing to say “ hello” once you walk into the store. Please be kind to customers. Thanks
