I've had an excellent experience with this management company. They are professional, organized, and truly care about the buildings and residents they manage. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and thoroughly. Repairs were handled efficiently, and communication has always been clear and respectful. It's refreshing to deal with a management team that is both approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

In 2010 I needed to find an apartment for my second year in grad school. I viewed an apartment managed by Superior realty in Brooklyn. I instantly fell in love with it. I had a 730 credit score, guarantors, steady employment as an adjunct professor, I was prepared for this apartment. They told me they would send me an application but never did. I called everyday and the building manager gave me the run around (I’m out town, I just left office already, the fax machine is broke). Finally, I ask one of my white friends to request to view an apartment. She did. Not only did they show her three available apartments (they told me only one was available) the building manager sent her an application the same day he showed her the apartment. All the while still telling me he was out of the office and couldn’t get me an application yet. Needless to say I sued them for discrimination.

Extremely disappointed with this management company. They are constantly adding assessment to my coop, one of which looks to be indefinite. When asking for a date the assessment will drop off my bill, they cant provide an answer. For the years I've owned this property, I haven't had a single month where there wasn't an assessment on the coop. I'm not sure what they're doing with all the money they've collected, or how my money is being used. Not to mention, they've increased the maintenance fees numerous times. Poor management. Poor communication. Definitely will think twice before purchasing any more of their properties.

They are currently scamming me and not returning my security deposit. It’s been almost 3 months since my lease ended, I’ve called them over 10 times over the past TWO months to get my deposit back - each time they tell a lie and say they will mail it to me and never do. I am in the process of taking them to court. Do not rent with them. Literally landlord scum who live off of stealing money from others. They really do not care.

The worst management ever! They didn't anything about the super who was rude and didn't want to do work and wouldn't respond in case of emergencies. They didn't do anything about the mice in the apartment! Even when I told them I'm leaving and I gave them ample time (basically 5 months) to figure out what to do next and to get back to me regarding my security deposit, they're still doing nothing. They keep saying they'll let the owner know I'm leaving but they never did. I keep calling and leaving messages with no answer. That's the kind of treatment they show to respectful tenants who don't miss payments.
